Is there any lock in contract?

Absolutely not. You can cancel your Optisign account at any time however we are confident that you will be extremely happy with our functionality and features. If you are an existing customer looking to cancel then please consider requesting help or providing feedback so that we can assist you.

Can I import from my existing program or platform?

Currently we offer options to import contacts, and products through a CSV spreadsheet.

From the Optisign dashboard a template can be downloaded. Once you have populated with data the spreadsheet can be uploaded back into the Optisign dashboard and your contacts and products will be available.

What industries is Optisign suited to?

Optisign is compatible with any business of any kind where staff are processing orders manually.

While our platform is geared towards companies that are producing or selling customised products our platform has experienced huge popularity with companies in the printing and promotional item industry. As well as graphic design, web development, 3d printing, architecture, fabrication, automotive restoration as well as textiles and fashion.

Do you have a discounts?

We offer volume discounts for companies that choose to make an up-front commitment of 6 or 12 months.

  • For 6 months we offer 10% off per month.
  • For 12 months we offer 15% off per month.

We also have various seasonal promotions and special offers.

What if I need more resources than your biggest plan?

We have overages on any resource that you require including and not limited to:

  • Number of orders stored in system.
  • Number of orders lodged per month.
  • Child companies (brands).
  • User accounts.
  • Deployment to your own private server.
  • Use of your own email account for outgoing emails.

We can also put together a totally customised plan based on your needs. Just reach out and tell us your needs and our solutions specialists will create a proposal and send back for your consideration.

Can I bring my data from another platform?

Yes. As long as your current system can export data in CSV or spreadsheet format (Google Sheets, Excel, Apache OpenOffice or Zoho Sheet etc.)

Our team will assist with importing of your information to the system so you are up and running with minimal downtime.

Popular import scenarios usually include things like ERP or CRM software, mailing lists and accounting platforms like Xero, Sage, Intuit and MYOB.
